When I saw FedEx shipping 3-5 days, I was happy but then after I purchased my product I saw the statement that it would be 14-20 days. The product I purchased was a Christmas gift and I was now afraid it would not be here in time. I mentioned this issue to Celtic Rings and was happy to get a quick response, explanation & assurance that I would indeed have it in time for Christmas. Good experience for a first-timer

Celtic Rings LTD had the perfect ring that fit my budget. I was initially hesitant to order such a spendy piece of jewelry online, but it showed up in a reasonable amount of time and is every bit as glorious as in the picture.

Unfortunately there's a small "artifact" or imperfection in the ring--the smallest bead of metal underneath one of the Celtic knots--but it's only visible under intense scrutiny. This is my first ring purchase, so I'm not sure if that's to be expected or not. At any rate, it makes it unique.

The only thing I wish the site had was an easier way to swap gemstones out for diamonds or vice versa (if possible), through a pull-down menu or something.

All in all, I'm quite happy with the experience.

It was to replace one that had been formally made for me - the emeralds are not in recess as my previous one had...this is not a reflection on the product at all
