The engraving on it is clean cut and very attractive. The size fits perfectly. It is a little looser than the previous size 7 I have bought, but it actually works out well. My girlfriends hands like to swell a little and it has just enough room for that to happen without falling off when they are at rest. The customer service was outstanding. I had two gentlemen email me throughout the process. I noticed that the ship to address was changed due to PayPal, and Vincent changed it right away for me. He even emailed me the day before it arrived asking if everything went well with it. He may have been a day early, but to me that shows someone who keeps up on his customers. I could not be more happy with the quality of not only their product or their customer service.

Very shortly are placing my order I received a call from customer service explaining the process to me in great detail. They wanted to make sure I had an accurate reading of my ring size. I was looking for a ring that would make my love & I both happy. As I am American, but from direct Scottish decent, I mentioned going with a "celtic knot" look & feel. My love found the website for Celtic Rings Ltd. I initially placed an order, and my love told me she did not like that specific design. I had two problems then, one is questioning whether I was ordering the correct size, as I have large hands, fingers, and knuckles due to Martial Arts. Additionally, we wanted to switch rings per my love's advice. Celtic Rings, and Vincent as my contact, were not only very accomodating but overly sympathetic! They changed my order and gave me the ring that both my love & I support, and it fits absolutely perfectly!!!!

The finshed product I received was more stunning than the pictures and even the box it arrived within. When the time comes in the future I will definitely look to use again. I had communication from the seller from as soon as the purchase was made until afterwards to ensure everything was good. I ordered a silver claddagh ring for my daughters 21st, firstly there was so much choice sizes, designs etc and the prices were excellent. There was s problem processing my order, PayPal on a go slow but the online chat option on their website meant it was sorted in minutes they also took that opportunity to check the size was correct. These rings are handmade in Ireland which was important to me as my daughters father is Irish, far better than imports from USA. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the etching. Very minor inaccuracies with the pattern and etching looks a little rough. Perhaps it was difficult to perfect due to the size of the band (4.5 US) but thankfully despite my fiancé staring at it at every opportunity she hasn't noticed and loves it. Delivered to the states and done everything to ensure it was delivered quickly and with in the time I needed it for.
