Der Ring sieht klasse aus. Zu Beginn wurden Nachrichten nur im Webportal eingestellt und nicht per Mail geschrieben. Später kam dann eine Mail. Die Kommunikation über das Webportal ist nicht gut.

Tout a été super, de la commande à la livraison. Les bijoux (collier arbre de vie et boucles d'oreilles arbre de vie argent) sont très représentatif de l'Irlande. J'adore et la personne qui a reçu ces bijoux pour son anniversaire a été super heureuse (elle en rêvait depuis longtemps).

Es war alles in Ordnung. Würde immer wieder dort kaufen. Es war aller perfekt. Ringgröße finden, Bestellung, problemlose Zahlung, schnelle Lieferung. Nur das Paket war übertrieben FedEx M Karton für einen Ring.

I clearly stated in my initial order that the rings were for a ceremony happening on the 29th of February. I had placed my order with timing in mind. Rings should have arrived day before ceremony instead they did not get here till Monday following.

Ordering process was easy. Delivery time was reasonable considering the distance the items had to travel. RIngs look very well crafted. So, despite the price of the items increasing something like 75-80% between our first look at them and the time we actually ordered them a few days later, I have to say it was a good purchasing experience overall.

Received the most beautiful Claddagh ring for our daughters christening. Wonderful customer service😊

They are beautiful and look just like the photos on the website.

The 7.5 size ring fits perfectly; the 5.5 ring is a little large but we expected that and had already planned to take it in for a custom fit with our local jeweler. The ring selections are diverse, the online ordering process was super easy. The order confirmation communication from Celtic Rings customer service was prompt, thorough and courteous. Celtic Rings uses Fedex so i received excellent order status updates. Signature is required, which is essential for where i live. The rings were delivered 5 days prior to when i expected them, a nice surprise!

Pendent itself is very pretty

Necklace was easy to select and order. Order was prepared quickly and arrived quickly. However, the chain was broken when we opened the package. Due to the cost of returning the item, we will just purchase a different chain. Pendent was intact and is very pretty.

The ring is beautiful and illustrates excellent craftsmanship.

Nice pendant and customer service, less nice package, wrong availability

I was disappointed when Celtic Rings informed me that the pendant I had ordered was no longer in production, even a week later they were still selling it online... However I have to admit they handled the situation in a very professional manner, offering me the choice between a full refund or an alternative pendant (it was the same one with different color crystals, and was actually priced more). The customer service was really nice and reactive.

I opted for the second option which I received very quickly. Unlike stated in the description the jewelry box is far from luxury, looking very cheap. But the pendant itself is at least as beautiful as in the picture.

In the end I am pleased with my purchase, but I would recommend upgrading the box quality and please, remove out-dated references from you website (the pendant I ordered is still online, several weeks later !!)
