Is a beautiful piece of jewellery, a little smaller than expected but still lovely. Make sure what you advertise is not discontinued as this can be a disappointment to customers, you did communicate the problem quickly so an alternative could be chosen and as requested my purchase was delivered quickly and on time, thankyou

We received our rings and we are more than satisfied.

Well. What a come back. The first ring I order from them was not to my liking and it was the wrong size. However, they bent over backwards to make it right. The 2nd ring they sent me was perfect, so much that I bought my partners ring from them and now we're excited waitng for our wedding day with beautiful matching set of rings.

Correcting order errors not easy

Not easy to cancel errors in ordering. Took along time to find bin icon which was very small and should come earlier in the process. Was up to eight rings at one stage ! Delighted with ring, delivered early

Placed two orders by mistake should only have been one. Contacted them by email and was refunded within 30 minutes for one order. Brilliant communication and item arrived within 10days

Almost perfect ..

Purchase good. little slower than I'd hoped as its only coming from the south to the north. I was told they would send me another box for a previous purchase but they didn't send it. That was disappointing. However, the jewellery itself was beautiful again!
