A lot of detail on ring. Beautiful gold/silver combination, and a perfect size for my lady’s hand. Very satisfied! I was skeptical about purchasing outside the US. However, I took a chance and was impressed. Picture does no justification, ring has a lot of detail on hands, crown, cuffs, including inscription. Ring overall size is just right for a woman’s hand. Shipping was FEDEx and arrived as communicated (about 5 days). I will purchase again.

Quality ring

Something happened to ring on it’s way here and it was a week late. Air tracking showed it was stuck in England. Though I did not hear from Celtic Rings, it did arrive in good shape.

Parce que les noeuds celtiques gravés sur cette bague manquent de finesse, elle est jolie, mais je suis un peu déçue. Je n'ai mis que 3 étoiles car le délai de livraison annoncé était de 1 à 2 semaines, j'ai attendu presque 2 mois, commande passée le 3 décembre, reçue le 26 janvier !!! En ce qui concerne la bague, je trouve que la gravure manque beaucoup de finesse, sinon elle est correcte.

I love this ring. I had one before. I had surgery that made my hands swell and it got lost when I had to take it off. I am so excited to have it back again. The company was quic to process the order. It is no fault of theirs that shipping abroad has become so problematic. As it is I got it only 3 weeks later than originally expected.

The Ring was everything I expected and more!

I love it. I called before ordering as I only needed a setting for my mother's engagement ring diamond. I was told how to place the order and I did just that. My only complaint was the experience felt impersonal. I didn't get an email letting me know my order was received or that it was on the way.

Good Communication

Stephen kept me updated, he let me know when my order shipped & answered e-mails & any questions I asked. He could have been more specific on how trims can affect wearability. The raised trims are definitely something to get used to. I ordered during one of the busiest wedding months, so it took about 8 weeks from order to receiving my ring. We, however, did not have a formal ceremony planned & our 33 & 1/3 years anniversary re-commitment was lovely, with just our daughter present.

First I really appreciated that my question regarding the height of the cross was immediately answered so that I knew that it does include the bail. Second I am very happy that the order was delivered within eleven days, early enough as it will be my birthday present. And last but not least I am absolutely satisfied with my choice, the large trinity knot cross with the zirconias in the circle is terrific, it is perfect and beautiful. Besides I like the adjustable chain.

Good rings but the service could improve

The website is a bit non-intuitive and I haven't got any email confirming my order or any status update. There were some messages on the order page that let me communicate but email would've been better. The ring itself is excellent, but the shipping I paid for was like for another country while it should be for Ireland.

The jewerly is very beautiful and well made. The service was great and the ring fits perfectly. It was shipped in a lovely ringbox. Only thing is that the box, the ring came in, broke when it was opened the second time, but the ring itself is crafted beautifully.

The trinity cross necklace was beautiful, very well crafted and came in a gorgeous box. They even included the little note that I had asked them to put inside. The communication from Celtic Rings was superb. They listened and answered any query I had with plenty of detail when needed.

FedEx lost the package and when I enquired they asked to find out what the package looked like so they could search for it! Emailed Celtic Rings and they immediately gave me a thorough description and informed me they would get the craft shop to start making another one on the mean time. Cannot fault them. Even when I messaged the next day asking them not to do that as it had arrived that day, after the email, they were really gracious and didn't come across at all off about the situation at all.

The necklace was a trinity cross and was beautiful. It is clearly well made and looks perfect around my partner's neck, who cried when she opened it!
