I know it was just before the holidays but it took an email to get the "delayed" status on the earrings. But the Wife loves them and that is what matters in the end. When I saw FedEx shipping 3-5 days, I was happy but then after I purchased my product I saw the statement that it would be 14-20 days. The product I purchased was a Christmas gift and I was now afraid it would not be here in time. I mentioned this issue to Celtic Rings and was happy to get a quick response, explanation & assurance that I would indeed have it in time for Christmas. It arrived on 12/24 & and as beautiful as I had hoped, my wife loves it. Thank You.
