More amazing than I could have ever imagined a ring could come out!! Now to try to keep it a secret and hidden from my fianceè until our wedding day! Amazing customer service. Suggested I order the free sizer just to be sure what size my fianceè needed then emailed me to double check on the sizing and to make sure I understood how long it would take for the ring to arrive.

I purchased the Claddagh ring for my partner and she loves it. I had a few queries before I purchased the ring and all were answered quickly, clearly, and professionally. The ring itself it beautiful, exactly what I was looking for, and it was delivered to my partner while she visiting family in the States a lot quicker than I imagined; I purchased the ring on the 3rd August and FedEx delivered it on the 16th. These rings are perfection!
My fiancé and I loved the idea of fine wedding rings which would match with our engagement rings. We found them perfect: not to bulky neither flimsy, they are beautifully engraved and perfect to wear together with one or two more rings on the same finger.
Replies were always fast and kind. I had an extremely tight deadline and they exceeded my expectations - in less than one week I had my package! There is a lot of attention to detail and they are crafted perfectly. Even though the ordering etc was all done via the internet, we felt that it was a very personal service. Weight of the ring was nice and the glimmer was mesmerising. Considering it was a Celtic ring I bought there was some added spiritual meaning for me personally so really pleased something important to me was made so well. Cost is irrelevant really but it was very reasonable and even the delivery was far quicker than they originally quoted.

Good quality, fair price but we envisaged the cross to be a little bigger for as it is categorized as a medium cross. The workmanship is marvellous. Excellent service. Vincent Byrne advised us of a delivery date and FedEx delivered the Celtic cross two days ahead of schedule. The cross was meticulously packaged and is of excellent quality. Kevin even followed up via e.mail to ensure that we had received delivery and to make sure we were completely satisfied, and if not to call or e,mail our concerns in order for Kevin to take care of our concerns. It has been quite a while since I have had such good service. No one follows up these days like Kevin did. Outstanding. I am totally blown away and give thanks for how he conducts his business.

Very attractive pendant, with an adjustable chain to enable it to be worn at different lengths according to outfit worn. The pendant would be lovely worn for varied occasions and would enhance both daytime and evening wear. Their service was excellent, keeping us updated regularly on the status of our order and they then followed up to check that we had received our order and that we were happy with the product received.

I was most impressed with the ease of navigating around your website, purchase of product, delivery (I requested a speedy turnaround as my purchase was a belated Christmas present and I needed it to arrive quickly - my product arrived one week earlier than expected) and the product itself (it is beautiful). My only criticism (sorry) is that the price was deceptive - I thought I was buying in AUD but it was in USD and I didn't realise until the transaction confirmation came through.
