But what was truly amazing was the fantastic follow up and customer service! I was very impressed with the rings and customer service. Less than 12 hours after placing my order someone contacted me to confirm sizing and ask when I needed them. We wanted them for Christmas. He promised he would have them too us by then. We got and email when they shipped and they came 10 days early and were even more stunning than the picture. A few days later we received an email to make sure we were happy with them. They deliver a great product and have wonderful customer service. I highly recommend them.

The ring was the perfect size for my girlfriend. The engraving was done very well. It looks and feels like high quality. I'm confident in my decision of this ring. I absolutely love the ring. The engraving on it is clean cut and very attractive. The size fits perfectly. It is a little looser than the previous size 7 I have bought, but it actually works out well. My girlfriends hands like to swell a little and it has just enough room for that to happen without falling off when they are at rest. The customer service was outstanding. I had two gentlemen email me throughout the process. I noticed that the ship to address was changed due to PayPal, and Vincent changed it right away for me. He even emailed me the day before it arrived asking if everything went well with it. He may have been a day early, but to me that shows someone who keeps up on his customers. I could not be more happy with the quality of not only their product or their customer service.
