When I saw FedEx shipping 3-5 days, I was happy but then after I purchased my product I saw the statement that it would be 14-20 days. The product I purchased was a Christmas gift and I was now afraid it would not be here in time. I mentioned this issue to Celtic Rings and was happy to get a quick response, explanation & assurance that I would indeed have it in time for Christmas.
