Fedex übergibt die Ware in Deutschland an TNT, welche leider nicht in der Lage sind die Ware beim Kunden anzuliefern (zweimal der gleiche Name am Klingelbrett und schon heißt es keiner zuhause, obwohl in beiden Wohnungen jemand die Lieferung erwartete). Somit hieß es durch die halbe Stadt fahren um die Ware zu erhalten.

Good Communication

Stephen kept me updated, he let me know when my order shipped & answered e-mails & any questions I asked. He could have been more specific on how trims can affect wearability. The raised trims are definitely something to get used to. I ordered during one of the busiest wedding months, so it took about 8 weeks from order to receiving my ring. We, however, did not have a formal ceremony planned & our 33 & 1/3 years anniversary re-commitment was lovely, with just our daughter present.

Beautiful and perfect

First I really appreciated that my question regarding the height of the cross was immediately answered so that I knew that it does include the bail. Second I am very happy that the order was delivered within eleven days, early enough as it will be my birthday present. And last but not least I am absolutely satisfied with my choice, the large trinity knot cross with the zirconias in the circle is terrific, it is perfect and beautiful. Besides I like the adjustable chain.

Good rings but the service could improve

The website is a bit non-intuitive and I haven't got any email confirming my order or any status update. There were some messages on the order page that let me communicate but email would've been better. The ring itself is excellent, but the shipping I paid for was like for another country while it should be for Ireland.

Lovely, beautifully crafted jewelry

The jewerly is very beautiful and well made. The service was great and the ring fits perfectly. It was shipped in a lovely ringbox. Only thing is that the box, the ring came in, broke when it was opened the second time, but the ring itself is crafted beautifully.

Best customer service, beautiful workmanship

The trinity cross necklace was beautiful, very well crafted and came in a gorgeous box. They even included the little note that I had asked them to put inside. The communication from Celtic Rings was superb. They listened and answered any query I had with plenty of detail when needed.

FedEx lost the package and when I enquired they asked to find out what the package looked like so they could search for it! Emailed Celtic Rings and they immediately gave me a thorough description and informed me they would get the craft shop to start making another one on the mean time. Cannot fault them. Even when I messaged the next day asking them not to do that as it had arrived that day, after the email, they were really gracious and didn't come across at all off about the situation at all.

The necklace was a trinity cross and was beautiful. It is clearly well made and looks perfect around my partner's neck, who cried when she opened it!

I ordered the Swarovski Trinity Knot Pendant and it is absolutely stunning. Delivery was quick, took 2 weeks. I live in Canada. Everything from ordering to timely updates on when my product would arrive was fantastic. I would order from Celtic Rings again. Prices are also very reasonable.

Wife got the thin one and I got the thick one, but they are both nice and solid with perfect engraving all round. Rings arrived exactly as described, with quick and polite service. They feel solid and good quality. Wife and I very happy!
