Conforme au descriptif , très bien.

A proprement parler nous n'avons rien a reprocher a " Celtic Rings". La bague est conforme à nos attentes.
Mais le service de livraison via "Fed ex" est pitoyable !
Ils avaient annoncé leur venue pour le 19/12 et nous sommes restés toute la journée à attendre pour rien. Ils sont finalement venus le 20 et personne n'était là pour réceptionner le cadeau. Nous avons demandé un 2ème passage le 21 et nous avons de nouveau attendu toute la journée ... Pour rien, car ils ne sont pas venus. Le 26, j'ai reçu un appel téléphonique d'un livreur " fed ex" disant qu'il n'avait pas trouvé la maison ... Que quelqu'un d'autre viendrait le lendemain .... Nous avons finalement reçu notre bague le 27/12 par un livreur qui n'a pas compris que son collègue prétende ne pas trouver notre domicile :-(
C'est une chance que finalement ce cadeau pouvait être offert au nouvel an, car si non initialement prévu à noel nous nous serions trouvés fort désolés !

The ring I bought for my daughter was exactly what I expected. The quality is great. The ring is just beautiful. My daughter loved it. It did come a day after Christmas but Celtic Rings was quick to respond to my concerned email. The ring did come when Fed Ex said it would. It was delayed because of weather. I will definitely purchase from Celtic Rings again.

Die Qualität der Ausfertigung ist excellent. Die Angaben der benötigten Werktage für die Herstellung der Produkte (2 Ohrringe, 1 Ring) wurde eingehalten. Den Punkteabzug gibt es nur, da die Lieferung via Fedex 12 Tage gedauert hat, was nur bedingt dem Weihnachtsaufkommen zugeschrieben werden kann. Ansonsten werde ich wieder bei Celtic Rings bestellen, Preis und Leistung sehr angemessen.
