I bought a Celtic Hearts band. The service I received was excellent. Steven was very helpful. I was delighted when I received my ring. It arrived very quickly. Great earrings, poor communication.

The earrings are beautiful and my wife loves them; however, I ordered them in late January for Valentines Day not realizing that they had to be made to order (my fault). I didn't receive them until early March, after reaching out to them twice regarding delay. Expectation re delivery should be set early and communication should be MUCH better. Also, credit card should not be charged prior to shipping.
