I was most impressed with the ease of navigating around your website, purchase of product, delivery (I requested a speedy turnaround as my purchase was a belated Christmas present and I needed it to arrive quickly - my product arrived one week earlier than expected) and the product itself (it is beautiful). My only criticism (sorry) is that the price was deceptive - I thought I was buying in AUD but it was in USD and I didn't realise until the transaction confirmation came through.
