I was contacted immediately to confirm ring size and date needed. I was honestly informed that due to the quarter incrimate sizing chosen and the fact it was mailing to the United States, the ring may not reach me in time. HONESTY right from the start! The ring arrived in time! Beautiful ring, gorgeous ring box, FANTASTIC customer service!! My hot air balloon proposal was PERFECT! My fiance LOVES his ring!

The ring the packaging the sevice the care and attention which is reflected in the product. Absolutely thrilled with the excellent craftsmanship of the ring and the sevice that was supportive and professional throughout. Great quality, seamless knot all the way around, and not too heavy, like some silver rings. A+++ I bought a replacement wedding ring for my husband after he lost the first one. After placing my order, I was contacted to confirm the ring size, and they patiently waited until I confirmed before making the ring. It turns out I had ordered the wrong size, so if they'd stuck with the original order, it wouldn't have been wearable. Amazing customer service.
